MCH’s modular buildings are effective and durable. They are manufactured in Quebec using local engineering expertise.
After many years in the construction and engineering industries, the MCH team sought to address considerable issues, notably: the rapid obsolescence of construction trailers and homes exposed to extreme weather conditions.

Built on axles, this movable modular building can easily be taken to where you need it. Ideal for construction sites or as a versatile mobile office. Available in 10 to 12 feet wide and 20 to 50 feet long.

Kool Box
Axle Refregerated Trailer
This model is the 6'X10'X6.5' , dual axle, easy to transport wherever the needs are. The movable Kool Box on axles is very versatile. The Kool Box is a great asset for hunters or fishermans. It can also be very useful for any special event including gathering and food services. It will soon be available in larger sizes going up to 40 feets. Our refrigerated trailor comes in different color. Our options include the camo version with mat black trims.

Dual fuel gas and/or propane, 110V/20A. 8,000 BTU, 7,000 lbs total capacity.
Durability
Galvanized steel, aluminum, sandwich wall panels, aluminum-core and PVC, which all resist any extreme environmental and road conditions

MCH also offers within our product line, mobile structures for Tiny House, construction offices, or any other habitational project. We are certified Transport Canada, NSM and NHTSA (DOT), complying all regulations of Canada and United States.
Polyvalence
We do have in hand different types and sizes as part of our standards, but also offer any project customization going up to 24,000 LBS capacity. We have removable axles and pole features.
